Baudouin Mallez is a passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in wealth management in Luxembourg, acquired within several French private banks. A specialist in international wealth management, he stands out for his broad expertise, allowing him to precisely address the complexities of financial, estate, and entrepreneurial challenges on a global scale.

After co-founding a multi-family office, he created Odax Wealth Partners with the aim of restoring personalized advice and independence at the heart of client relationships.

Passionate about automobiles and kitesurfing, he draws from the intensity of competition and mastery of the elements a vision focused on performance, agility, and anticipation of challenges. His approach caters to demanding clients seeking sustainable wealth solutions and tailored advice suited to the ever-evolving economic environment.

Jordy Lukanu

Wealth Advisor

Jordy Lukanu is a graduate of Rennes School of Business with over six years of experience in wealth management between Paris and Luxembourg. He has worked with high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and institutional investors across both independent firms such as Cardea Patrimoine and MJ&Cie Family Office and leading private banks including BIL, Natixis Wealth Management and Lombard Odier. This journey has allowed him to develop a multidisciplinary and cross-functional approach to wealth advisory.

Jordy represents a new generation of ambitious and agile professionals, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a keen focus on impact, technology and long-term value creation.

With a career spanning both finance and entrepreneurship, he began at Tyco International in the industrial marketing department before joining Banque du Louvre as a financial engineer, followed by a role as an investment officer at Intuitae.

In 2006, he founded Agami Family Office, an innovative and pioneering model aligned with his clients' interests, which he successfully developed before selling his shares to the Premium group in 2024. A visionary and passionate about bespoke advisory services, he supports Odax Wealth Partners in its strategic vision.
